3 Quick Steps from Touchdown to Takeoff—Getting You Where You Need to Go

At GO Airlink NYC, we’ve made airport pickups faster and smoother with our Passenger Link technology. Once you book a ride, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your reservation ID. This ID is tied to our Passenger Link system, allowing us to quickly access your booking and connect you with your driver right when you arrive, so you can be on your way without delay.

Step 1: Receive a Text Message

When your flight lands at JFK, Newark, or LaGuardia, you’ll receive a text message similar to Step 1 above. This message will have a link—just click it to access your reservation details. No fuss, no hassle.

If you selected Meet & Greet service, your greeter will be in contact with you upon arrival and provide you with instructions.

Step 2: Head to the Welcome Center

After you’ve grabbed your luggage, make your way to the airport’s Welcome Center. Once you’re there with your bags and ready to go, hit the “Ready Now” button to let us know you’re all set for pickup. 

Step 3: Get Ready for Your Ride

The moment you check in, we’ll show you all the important details—your driver’s info, vehicle description with plate number, and how far away he or she is. In just a few minutes, your driver will arrive, and you’ll be on your way to your destination!
