The visit to New York City by Pope Francis at the end of this week is an extraordinary event that will present tremendous challenges to transportation at the airports and within the City.
(PRWEB) September 23, 2015
From Pope Francis arrival at JFK Airport on Thursday, His Holiness will conduct evening vesper prayers at St. Patrick’s Cathedral. On Friday he will visit the United Nations and address the UN General Assembly. Later that morning he will conduct a multi-religious service at the 9/11 Memorial and Museum at the World Trade Center. On Friday evening there will be a motorcade through Central Park before Pope Francis will conduct mass at Madison Square Garden. On Saturday morning, the Pope will depart for Philadelphia from JFK Airport.
In order to provide the best possible service under these conditions, GO Airlink NYC has taken several steps including additional staff and drivers to handle the expected demand for service and traffic challenges. All clients with prepaid vouchers will be honored to the best of GO Airlink NYC’s ability. For departures from Manhattan to the airport dispatch will schedule pickups to allow extra time in order to ensure that customers meet their flights.
During these next few days GO Airlink NYC would very much appreciate customers being understanding and corporative
