I had scheduled a 6.05 AM pickup from Port Authority and I was running over 15 mins late. The shuttle driver called me at 5.50 AM and I told him I may not make it. He told me not to worry and that he would wait for me and he was there waiting for me. I was so thankful else I would have been drenched as it was raining and cold outside. These gestures go a long way and show the client-centric approach. I was also upgraded to a complimentary private vehicle.

We used Go Airlink NYC when arriving and departing from LaGuardia. The service was great. The drivers each way communicated their expected arrival time, and were either on time or early. The greeter at LaGuardia made the transition seamless. Will definitely use them again on future trips.

I was able to easily connect with the driver once we landed because of a text that was sent connecting us. He was super nice and informative. The vehicle was comfortable, clean and spacious. We were there during the snow storm so our return flight got changed multiple times. Customer service was very helpful and kind when I had to repeatedly change our pick-up time. Our ride back to the airport was smooth. We will definitely use them again!

We had a great experience using Go Airlink Shuttle to & from JFK International airport in NY. I went to the welcome desk at the airport. I asked if there were any hotel shuttles available. I was referred to Go Airlink. It was 69.00 for 2.people in a van shuttle. Driver was nice. He gave us some tips and was personable. For the return, we went online booked a pick up time and date. It was fairly simple. Driver was approx. 15 min., but he communicated his location and advised us due to traffic he was running a.little late. I appreciated the comminicationn from the driver. Also, I received a confirmation text that our driver was on his way and locarion. Driver was quiet and nonengaing. It was not a.big deal just an observation. Overall, we had a good experience. I would recommend and personally use them again.

This was a great experience when arrive at JFK Airport! The driver was prompt for pickup, the car was clean on the inside and I arrived to my destination safely without any issues.

Overall i had a positive 3xperience. My return trip to the airport was about 20 minutes late. They did call and it caused no issues with my flight.
