The driver was pleasant and a very good driver. He was punctual for my ride.
Rupak was so nice. He waited over and hour for me at the airport. He was so polite and so happy.
Abu was a true pro. Arrived with plenty of time and was gracious enough to wait for us as we were running just couple of minutes late while we collected our bags from hotel storage. Would definitely use this car service again next time I’m in NYC.

Highly recommend my driver and this company when traveling to NYC and need a ride from the airport. My ride was 75% less than Uber quoted me. My driver contacted me when I was in baggage claim. Was waiting for me to get to him where the Uber pick up area is located. Driver drove safely and was very polite. I was a woman traveling alone and first time in NYC, really wasn't sure what to expect since cost was so inexpensive. I am confident my driver got me to my hotel faster than any $120 Uber. Will do business with again. Please spread the word. This company and driver is anazing!!

I must admit , Go Airlink has really taken care of me both ways from and to JFK. I had a little problem initially with finding the driver at JFK but how there ground staff really took care and made sure about the excellent service is commendable.

I’m a very happy customer end of the day.

I would like to thank you for the service I received yesterday for order number 768830 from JFK to the Element Hotel. I especially want to acknowledge Mrs. Andrea, who was extremely cooperative and made sure that the service she provided was of the highest standard. Her professionalism was exceptional, and she never hesitated to share any information I asked about. She truly represents the company in a wonderful way. I thank her again and hope that everyone I meet on my future trips with Go airlink will be on her level.

Our ride from JFK TO NY was really good, the return ride was terrible.

Our driver Coston was not friendly, didn’t help us with our luggage and drove terribly! I got carsick on the hour ride and I never get like that. He took a personal call on speaker and was rude to the caller. You could tell he hates his job that day. He arrived 30 miniatures prior to our pickup time and was irritated that we weren’t ready, as we were eating something after a 4 hour train ride and knew we wouldn’t have time before our flight. Just not a good experience.

The service is ok for the price, as your driver Sean stated – you get what you pay for. The main concern is the pick up location in midtown at The Row hotel on 44th St – very sketchy hotel and felt unsafe. I called 4 times to confirm pick up location and 4 times I got the same response including from dispatcher. However the driver (Sean) told me he was not going to the hotel on 44th st since he was at Port Authority on 8th Ave and 41st St . I had to run back to port authority to catch my ride and contend with the crowds and bikes. Nevermind I had already waited for one hour for my pick up. I understand traffic is brutal in NYC but had I been late, doubt they would’ve waited for me.

Please make a decision as to where the pick location should be for Port Authority and designate 41st and 8th – which is perfectly fine!

I booked a shared ride to JFK on May 25. A name of a driver is Andrea. She is an excellent driver and was at my location before time and waited for me. She piked a couple of more people in Manhattan and we arrived at the airport on time. Also she is really attentive and nice. Thank you!

Andrea from Argentina was my driver. I couldn’t tell you what an incredibly good driver Andrea was and an excellent communicator. Andrea was ready with a smile to help me with the luggage, and had a great way of making people at ease regarding their travel plans. I wish every time I need a ride it would be Andrea. She is an asset to this company. I was really impressed with her service. I wish Andrea all the best in all areas of her life.

I used the shuttle on Friday for a six o’clock flight, and through a comedy of errors, and incorrect paperwork I ended up at JFK. I was supposed to to Laguardia. Now the driver could have just told me take a cab, but instead, he took me to Laguardia. Took us a hour and half to get there. And I know he had a 2 and half hour drive home. This man went beyond the extra mile to help me out. I would gladly use this service again, with such awesome employees. I also called in and spoke to a manger to let them know how much I appreciated all the extra effort the driver went to help someone out.

Reliability is questionable. The ride from JFK to Grand Central station was fine. The return trip was stressful. The driver was nowhere to be found at our pickup time and place. We had to call the company where dispatch had to track him down. He did show up 10 minutes late. We were traveling to the airport. Timing is a crucial element with that. Travel is stressful enough. I don’t plan to use this service again.
