The bus was on time and the driver friendly. The only issue was we had a flat tyre on the way to the airport. However the driver was proactive in getting the tyre changed as oppose to waiting for a replacement (which by the way after 30 mins was yet to arrive!). The only downside was it sounded like the driver was being reprimanded by his bosses for doing what was right for the customers. Many of us had international flights to catch and if it wasn’t for his quick thinking we would have undoubtedly missed our flights. Thank you to the driver ( I didn’t get his name). You should have more drivers like him and reward quick thinking and not berate your drivers for being proactive in an emergency! I’d like to commend him for his quick thinking. Thank you
We were in NYC the week between last July and August for holiday. It was hot and when we arrived we were very tired after flights from Italy. We appreciated a lot the kindness of driver, the right temperature in the van (not very cold by air conditioning as usual in US !) and the route JFK-Manhattan. The same for our way back where instead we are tired after days of walking and walking to visit a lot of attractions and much more in this very beautiful city.
We hope to come back soon and then we will call you again.
Very convenient and affordable service! It was my first time ever in NY so I had no idea this existed. The hotel recommended it and it turned out great! Picked me up from Newark and then took me to La Guardia on my return. I didn’t have cash to tip the drivers with, and I so wish I did.
I booked two private transfers from cruise terminal to hotel and hotel to airport during our visit to NYC a week ago. I was totally impressed with the services. The cars were nice and clean and the drivers, Youssef and Sunny, were excellent. Youssef even waited for us for 45 minutes because of an unexpected delay in disembaration after our cruise.. I like the system notifying the clients on the whereabouts of the cars providing info on drivers, contact telephone numbers and a link to check the location of the cars. I would definitely recommend using GO Airlink service to anyone visiting NYC.

I had the most enjoyable ride this evening to Manhattan. Please do give Mr. Salahuddin my thanks for a safe, courteous and professional ride home. Booked Go Airlink before reading the reviews. But was pleasantly surprised. Booked for 3 people and 16 bags of luggage from Manhattan to JFK. Was anxious about the time, the luggage the service. But all we can say us Excellent! All went well and we were very very happy

It was our first time in NY and the first time we booked a shuttle (from JFK to Manhattan). The service was in time and fast (although it was rush hour). Drivers were friendly and helped us with our luggage. The vans were clean.
