Used this shuttle service for first time yesterday. I was not disappointed!! Great price, promptness, easy transfer! Driver Ferriera, van 1422 was so polite and courteous. Met Richie, another member of Airlink team on ride, who was same. This will be my ride to Grand Central when I visit New York to CT!!
Shout out, first of all, to amazing call centre representatives and dispathers, who were so kind and more than happy to assist both in making reservations and amendments. In cases when the amendments could not cover the vehicle types that I booked, the alternative ones were in higher classes than the originals. The drivers were extremely helpful gentlemen with such a warm and friendly attitude, who were ready to answer all questions and concerns from all passengers whom I shared rides with. Like we say in my country, my recommendation is as big as house!
Airlink was on time both my drivers Alaa and Ahmed were kind, and very hospitable. The one thing that was upsetting was the wait going back to the airport. The dispatcher should not have a 45 minute gap. I had to wait for the next pick up and she was not happy. I get it she had a 9:45 am pick up, I had a 9:00 am pick up. The hotels were not even 5min away from each other. So, not good scheduling if you have a plane to catch. My driver Ahmed apologized a few times. It was not his fault. All and all it was a good experience and I will use there services again.
At the airport Welcome Center, it was nearly 3 minutes before someone picked up the courtesy phone. But from then on, things went smoothly and quickly.
The driver was knowledgeable, friendly, and I enjoyed our conversation.
Probably an advantage of these services over a taxi is that there is no profit motive for a driver to take a longer route nor more time than needed.
I am very impressed with Go air link. The system made easy to book. In my personal case my flight ✈️ was delay 2 and hours and I was worry about missing my shuttle bus. To my surprise they have book a private car to contact me, to pick me up at the terminal and take me straight to my destination. The driver Mohammed was so sweet and kind. He deserves a high five. I highly recommend this company

Very good service! They check in with you before hand to make sure your reservation is correct and send the information of your driver as well. The drivers were punctual and very professional. Would recommend this service to anyone.
The driver was on time and the service was easy to book. There was even a free upgrade on the way back, as the booked service was not available. Everything is great!
SuperShuttle couldn’t fit me in its schedule so it sent me a sedan. That would cost more, but the company wanted to accommodate me. Once I arrived at JFK, I used the welcome center phone to let them know I was there. They asked me about my location and told me where I should be waiting for the driver. The traffic in the city was horrible, but the driver was professional, patient, and courteous. Out of a long flight (over 10 hours), I was happy to ride in a sedan instead of a shared shuttle.
I made a reservation with Super Shuttle, but suddenly GO Airlink showed up, and I was told at the airport that it was a gray HONDA car, but instead of an upgraded minivan, I was asked to wait at number 6, but the car was a Toyota. It was different from the car I was told about, so I felt it was very dangerous. The driver said my name, so I trusted him and got in the car and headed to the hotel. It was the beginning of an exciting trip that was half joyful and half dangerous.
