Driver texted me a couple of times after I landed at JFK airport to let me know he was aware of my flight arrival time which was very comforting. I walked to the baggage claim area and out the door. I texted him as I stepped outside and he let me know that he was at the D area, just across the crosswalk. Driver identified his license plate and got out to load our suitcases. Driver was friendly during the drive and pointed out some landmarks.
We arrived in Time Square in good time and the driver unloaded all our bags. A great, smooth start to a week vacation. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

Picking up from the airport, we got a free upgrade to a private sedan and had an excellent driver who communicated well, was friendly and personable.

Picking up from the hotel, the pick-up service was on-time, however the shuttle didn’t have the company name on the outside of the van and there were several pick-ups and we almost missed out flight. For this reason, we probably won’t use the shuttle service again.

Great service on my recent trip to New York. We got a free upgrade to a private sedan and had an excellent driver who made sure we avoided traffic. The driver also arrived early for pick up so there was no waiting around. Highly recommend.

Easy to find and book online (NYC to JFK) but when I got no confirm email I easily spoke to a human being!(which I prefer when I have service questions) It may have been my fault I didn’t get the confirm email as I failed to put in my flight number..however after speaking to the woman I was sent the confirm email (and I had a confirm number so she could find easily that I had paid ). Next step- the day of. The driver texted me exactly where he was, the vehicle and license plate- super helpful..and was very pleasant and positive and also punctual! (all in the early morning..we left 15 minutes early which got me there earlier because I too was upgraded to a private SUV, very clean nice vehicle). Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone wanting a GREAT service to the airport.

Great service. Like many others mention a shared shuttle was not available so I was upgraded to a private sedan at no extra charge. Highly recommend this service.

I used Go Airlink NYC for the hotel transfer to JFK and I got an upgrade. I paid for a shared transfer but, as there were no other passengers for that day at that time, they sent me a private driver for the same price!!! And he had a full electric Tesla car…all to me.

Thank you very much to the Go Airlink NYC team because they are effective and kind. I recommend it, it’s simple and cheap.
